Manganese Sesquioxide
Manganese Sesquioxide, Mn2O3, is also known as dimanganese trioxide and manganese(iii)oxide. This chemical can be produced by engaging manganese dioxide (MnO2) and zinc in a redox reaction in an alkaline cell.
Ceramics
Manganese sesquioxide is employed in the ceramics industry as a colorant, additive to add ceramic qualities such as density, and ceramic doping agent adding affecting its electric properties.
