Sodium Gluconate, NaC6H11O7, is a highly water soluble sodium salt of gluconic acid, often a white crystalline or granular powder. It has various chemical applications, most notably in the production of chelating agents, cement additive, fragrances, and other chemical compounds/products.
Soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol.
