Neodymium Oxide
Neodymium Oxide, Nd2O3 is a blue-grey powder that is composed of the rare earth neodymium and oxygen. Water insoluble, soluble in acids. It has special properties that make it very useful to the glass and ceramics industries.
Additional Notes:
* Some neodymium oxide doped glass have a purple tint, while others may be dichroic and change color depending on the light.
